Amie Gisbert, O.D. grew up in the Houston area and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston College of Optometry. Dr. Gisbert has experience in diagnosing and managing a large variety of eye conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and in co-managing cataract surgery, blepharoplasties, LASIK, PRK and clear lensectomies.
As a therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist, Dr. Gisbert is well equipped to offer services for routine eye exams, glasses, contact lenses, as well as many other eye conditions. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association, the Texas Optometric Association and the Harris County Optometric Association.
Dr. Gisbert has a heart for those who cannot afford adequate eye care. She does many mission trips around the world including Mexico, the Philippines and Albania. She also volunteers at non-profit eye clinics in the Houston area.
Dr. Gisbert considers herself extremely blessed. She loves spending time with her wonderful husband and her family.
