Meet Dr.Shelby Wilkes (Pearland, TX)

Dr. Shelby Wilkes is a dedicated optometrist committed to providing high-quality, personalized eye care to patients in the Pearland community.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Spelman College in 2016 and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in 2022. Dr. Wilkes is licensed as a therapeutic optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist.

Dr. Wilkes chose optometry because she wanted to improve her patients’ everyday lives through clearer vision. She values the opportunity to make a meaningful difference for every patient and strives to ensure each person feels heard, comfortable, and confident in their eye care.

Outside the office, Dr. Wilkes enjoys attending sporting events and concerts, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
